Weather Update For The Durga Puja Festive Season
Bhubaneswar: The festive environment will be showered in rainy weather. No specific changes in weather for next 3 to 4 days.
While no specific weather forecast is currently active in the state, water vapour continues to enter the state under the influence of easterly winds. It is coming in contact with the dry air and warm atmosphere coming in from the north-west, causing thundershowers and rain in some districts.
However, there may not be any significant change in the weather of the state till next 15th. On Wednesday, one or two places in coastal Odisha and one or two places in Koraput, Mayurbhanj, Dhenkanal, Sundergarh, Anugol, Jharsuguda, Deogarh, Sambalpur, Keonjhar, Malkangiri, Rayagada, Kandhamal, Boudh and other districts have been informed by the Regional Meteorological Cantre.
However, the weather will remain mostly dry in other parts of the state. On the other hand, 13 districts like Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Balasore, Bhadrak, Sundargarh, Kendrapara, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Khurda, Cuttack, Anugol, Dhenganaal, Jajpur have been issued yellow warning for the respective districts due to the fear of lightning.
