Bhubaneswar: The vacant seats will be fulfilled soon. Students will get qualitative education. Odisha Higher Education Minister Suryabanshi Suraj today informed that the State government will soon fill up over 1500 vacant professor posts in universities in the State.
The recruitment of the professors in universities to the newsmen after attending an important meeting held to discuss about the vacancies across the state.
A meeting of former vice chancellors of various universities, and members of UGC with higher education minister Suryabanshi Suraj, was held today. State Law Minister Prithiviraj Harichandan was also present. In the meeting it has decided that educationists will hire the teachers as soon as the legal hurdles are removed.
