Bhubaneswar: Court noticed two BJD MLAs. The High Court of Odisha has issued notices in 2 cases of electoral irregularities.
Notice has been given to Rourkela MLA Sarada Prasad Nayak while Nuapada MLA Rajendra Dholakia has also been given notice. The Odisha High Court has issued a notice in the case of election irregularities.
A notice has been issued for filing false affidavits at the time of nomination. The next hearing in the case will be held in September.
On the other hand, earlier, the High Court also issued a notice to BJD MLA Dhruv Sahu and Arun Sahu too.
