Puri: Registration for Habisyali Yojana will start from today. The registration for the vrat holders for Habisha residing in Puri has started from today and will continue till October 11th or till the target number is reached. Arrangements have been made this time for about two and a half thousand habishyalies. A notice has already been issued.
Kartika fast will start from October 18. However, this time the application process is to be done completely online, Puri district collector has planned to do all the information like where to stay and ID card etc.
