Bhubaneswar: Mamata Mohanta is now declared as the Rajya Sabha candidate by the Bharatiya Janta Party. Few days ago she had resigned from her post and from Biju Janta Dal as well.
Mamata said that there was no opportunity to serve during BJD. She is he prominant leader of Kudumi community and a social worker.
Voting for Rajya Sabha elections will be taken on 3rd of next month. On the 14th of this year, the notification was issued by the State Assembly Secretariat. Mamata resigned from BJD recently and joined BJP.
