BJD’s Protest Vanished The Question Hour; Opposition Climbed To The Speaker’s Podium

Bhubaneswar: The fourth day of the question hour has vanished with ruckus of oppositions. Both opponents BJD and Congress raised their voice when the fourth day of second phase budget session of Odisha Assembly. BJD MLAs climbed up to the podium of Speaker Sumara Padhy.

Today, BJD’s riots and anarchy have been observed in the assembly. BJD MLAs climbed to the speaker’s podium demanding the resignation of the Excise Minister Prithviraj Harichandan. After that, Speaker Surma Padhi announced adjournment till 11:30.

Efforts have been made by BJD to occupy the podium of women speaker in the assembly. Soro MLA Madhav Dhada and Deogarh MLA Romancha Ranjan Biswal climbed the Speaker’s throne demanding the resignation of the minister Harichandan. After that, Speaker Surma Padhy announced the adjournment of the house till 11:30.
