Bhubaneswar: Good news for ration card beneficiaries. Supply Minister Krushnachandra Patra has demanded to the Union Food Supplies and Consumer Welfare Minister to give a green signal for the wheat distribution should be available through the ration card along with rice again.
The minister demanded that 20 percent of the available rice be given as wheat. This demand has been made in view of the wheat demand of the people, said Minister Krushnachandra Patra.
He responded by saying that BJD government stopped wheat supply and only provided rice and again informed that beneficiaries will be supplied with rice and wheat as before.
