New Delhi, Jan 24 :The Supreme Court on Monday rejected the bail plea of Uttar Pradesh MLA Vijay Mishra. A bench headed by Justice DY Chandrachud said the petition could not be considered at this stage. Mishra is an Independent MLA from Gyanpur Assembly constituency of Bhadohi district. Mishra is lodged in Agra Central Jail and faces many criminal cases including for murder, attempt to murder, rape, land grab.
