Viral Video: South Korean Groom Dances To Punjabi ‘Boli’ During His Wedding Wins Internet
Imagining Indian weddings without a Bollywood dance performance is nearly impossible. If you’ve ever attended an Indian wedding function, you have seen how wild baaratis can get while dancing to wedding tracks. Indeed, it is true that Indian weddings are big and elaborate affairs!
In one such video that has surfaced on the internet, a South Korean groom can be seen dancing to Punjabi ‘boli’. When the Baraat arrives at the wedding venue people dance on dhol beats and engage in ‘boliyan’ or ‘Boli’.
Taking to Instagram, user ‘currynkimchi’ shared a video of the South Korean groom, Jimin, dancing to a ‘boli‘ that was sung by a wedding guest during his Indian wedding. In the clip, Jimin, dressed in traditional ‘sherwani‘, is seen sitting atop a horse as a man sings the Punjabi ‘boli‘ “Baari barsi khatan gya si”. He is then seen dancing along with the dhol beats after the man standing next to him finished reciting his Punjabi couplets.

After being posted online on April 3, the video clip received nearly 518,619 likes. While many people have expressed their views in the comment section.
