Bhubaneswar: A Valentine’s Day notice allegedly issued by the Principal of SVM Autonomous College in Jagatsinghpur has gone viral on social media.
As per the notice, it is mandatory for all girls of the college to have at least one boyfriend by February 14. It further read that it has been done for security purpose.
The notice also stated that single girls will not be allowed to enter in the college premises. The girls have to show a recent picture with their boyfriend to enter the college.
As per sources, the College Principal, Bijay Patra, denied of having issued any such notice. He has lodged a complaint in this regard with the police.
