A wild tusker was electrocuted after coming in contact with 11KV electric wire in Odisha’s Keonjhar districts last night.
According to sources, the power lines were hanging low so the tusker came in contact with them.
Forest Department officials are present at the spot and investigating the death of the tusker. More details awaited.
