OSSC cancels preliminary examination held for Accountant posts; check latest notice

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) on Monday announced to cancel the examination conducted on Sunday under the Housing and Urban Development department due to certain errors in Odia version of the question papers.

In a fresh notice, the OSSC said, “Because of substantial errors in printing of Odia version of the questions in Preliminary examination for Accountant under the Housing and Urban Development department, the OSSC has decided to cancel the preliminary examination held on April 23, 2023 (both Odia and English version).”

OSSC further said that the Commission regrets the inconvenience caused to the applicants. “Fresh date for preliminary examination for Accountant will be announced shortly,” the notice added.
