Odisha: Pregnant Woman & Husband Die in Road Accident On Way To Hospital
Bhubaneswar: In a tragic incident, a pregnant lady and her husband died in a road accident while travelling to a nearby hospital on a bike in Turekela area of Bolangir district in Odisha today.
The deceased were identified as Lalita Majhi (21) and her husband Ashok Majhi (26) of Gaindimaal under Turekela block. Lalita and Ashok were on their way to a primary health center at Lathore for health check-up of the expectant mother when they met with the accident.

The truck driver managed to flee the spot after committing the accident. Turekela police reached the spot and launched a probe after sending the bodies for postmortem.
