Balangir: In a tragic incident, the mutilated body of a youth was found near the railway track in Balangir district of Odisha. The incident took place in Kantabanji of the district.
The deceased has been identified as Nityananda Sagaria of Jhupudi Pada in Kantabanji.
According to reports, the matter came to the fore after some locals spotted the body and immediately informed the police about the same.
On being informed, police reached the spot and recovered the body for post-mortem.
While the exact reason behind his death is yet to be ascertained, from the preliminary investigation it has been known that he might have committed suicide due to family disturbance.
Further investigation of the case is underway.
