Bhubaneswar, Feb 2: The budget session of the Odisha Assembly will commence from February 21 and will continue till April 6 next.
According to a notification issued by the Odisha state Assembly, the 12th session of the 16th Assembly will be held in two phases.
As per the provisional calendar of sittings, while the first session will be held from February 21 to March 2, the second session will be held from March 10 to April 6 next.
The session will begin with the Governor’s address on February 21. The annual budget for 2023-24 will be presented on February 24. The Appropriation bill will be presented on February 11.
The session will have 25 working days. Two days in the session have been marked for Private Members’ business.
