Odisha: 11 Injured after bus collides head-on with pickup van in Boudh
In a tragic incident, as many as eleven people have sustained critical after a bus collided head-on with a pickup van on Wednesday morning on National Highway-57 near the Charichaka tehsil office in Odisha’s Boudh district.
According to reports, the passenger bus carrying over 40 people collided head-on with a pickup van coming from the opposite direction. Over 10 people were injured in the accident.
The injured people have been admitted to the Purunakatak community health centre. The other passenger had a narrow escape from being injured in the accident. Later they were sent to their respective destinations in another vehicle.
On being informed, the cops reached the spot and initiated an investigation in this regard.
