In a shocking incident, semi-decomposed bodies of two youths a male and a female, who were missing for the past three days, were recovered from the Tamsa forest in Malkangiri district on Friday.
It is worth mentioning that, both the deceased were missing since the past three days, the families were searching for them but in vain.
The matter came to the fore after the locals spotted the bodies in the forest in the morning and immediately informed the police.
On being informed, police reached the spot and recovered the bodies for post-mortem. However, the reason behind the deaths of the youth and the girl is yet to be ascertained. A probe has been initiated and is underway in this matter.
Further investigation is underway in this regard.
