A daylight robbery incident, two bike-borne miscreants allegedly looted Rs 17.5 lakh from a businessman at a private bank in Phulbani of Odisha’s Kandhamal district on Monday.
Reports says, the businessman was identified as Ashwini Patra, the victim along with another man was on his way to the bank when the two miscreants came and snatched away around Rs 17.5 lakh from him near Axis Bank.
On being informed, police reached the spot and initiated to probe into the matter.
