Bhubaneswar, Sep 3 : As many as ten people have died and three injured in six districts in Odisha due to lightning, Special Relief Commissioner Office (SRC) office sources here said.
SRC office sources said while four people died in Khordha, two died in Bolangir and one died each in Anugul, Boudh, Jagatsinghpur and Dhenkanal district which witnessed heavy rainfall and lightning for over two hours on Saturday.
Three people were also injured and admitted to hospital in Khordha district, the SRC office said.
