Dharmendra Pradhan hands out 231 appointment letters at Rojgar Mela in Bhubaneswar
BHUBANESWAR: Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Thursday distributed appointment letters to 231 youths of the State here as part of the Rojgar Mela launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Speaking on the occasion, Union Minister Pradhan extended his greetings to the people on the occasion of the 75th Foundation Day of the State capital, Bhubaneswar.
Because of the Centre’s dynamic policies, Odisha is is now able to get over Rs 50,000 crore in the form of mining revenue, which is directly benefiting the youth and women of the state, said Dharmendra.
Addressing the new appointees, Pradhan said  the Modi government is committed to giving right opportunities to the talent and energy of youth to fulfil the vision of a developed India. The Centre has allocated Rs 10 lakh crore in the annual budget this year to create employment opportunities across the country, he added.
“Due the Modi government’s policies, Odisha is getting around 50,000 crore rupees in the form of mining revenue, which is directly benefiting the Odisha youth and women.” he said.
Pradhan congratulated all the new recruits and said this is an opportunity for them to contribute to the development of the nation.
It may be noted that Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave appointment letters to around 71,000 newly inducted recruits in the central government through video conference today.
The Union Minister also extended his greetings to the people on the occasion of the 75th Foundation Day of Bhubaneswar.
