iQOO Neo 8 Pro spotted on with MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset; launch likely on May 17
iQOO is rumoured to be developing a new line of smartphones, the Neo 8 series. The series is expected to feature both standard and pro versions. According to the latest report, the iQOO Neo 8 Pro will be the first smartphone of the series to offer a MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset. The model number of the iQOO Neo 8 Pro is V2302A and it has been certified by CCC (China Compulsory Certificate).
The listing has also revealed that the iQOO Neo 8 Pro will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset, providing better performance than the existing Dimensity 9200 chipset. The chipset will be paired with at least 16 GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage and will run Android 13.

Display:Â The iQOO Neo 8 Pro is said to come with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.
Chipset: The upcoming smartphone will most likely be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset.
Cameras: As far as the cameras are concerned, the phone will pack a triple rear camera setup with 50MP primary camera. It is speculated that the primary camera sensor may be 1/1.5-inch, The other sensors will be ultrawide and telephoto, but we have not yet received any information about those.
RAM and storage: The smartphone will definitely come with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. It also said that the smartphone would be offered in 8GB and 12GB RAM options along with 128GB and 256GB of internal storage options.
Battery:Â The iQOO Neo 8 Pro will pack a 5,000mAh battery likely with 120W fast charging support, but it is not yet confirmed.
OS:Â The upcoming phone will come with Android 13 pre-installed. There could be an Origin OS 3 layer for the Chinese market or a Funtouch OS 13 layer for the rest of the world.
 Price: The iQOO Neo 7 was launched in India in February 2023 and is priced between Rs 29,999 and Rs 33,999.
