Low Pressure area to move west-northwestwards across North Odisha in next 2-3 days : Met

Hyderabad, Aug 18 : The Low Pressure Area over Northwest Bay of Bengal & neighbourhood now lies over Northwest Bay of Bengal & adjoining areas of West Bengal-North Odisha coasts.

The associated cyclonic circulation extends upto 7.6 km above mean sea level tilting southwards with height.

The Low Pressure area is likely to move west-northwestwards across North Odisha and North Chhattisgarh during the next two to three days, Meteorological Centre said in a release here on Friday.
