And the hurry has dawned upon the Delhi police surprises as the step being taken after good gap of 50 days almost.
Equally surprising is the quest by the Delhi police to obtain the detail informations on that issu from Rahul .
Prudence has that, it is not legal that a woman can be asked to reveal such details as it violates someone’s privacy.
If they have expressed their vows before an individual that cannot be revealed nor one can solicit such private details.
It is surprising that Delhi Police went to Rahul Gandhi’s residence after a lapse of 50 days to get the details of those women from the Wayanad MP.
The law says that the details of rape victims should not be disclosed.
How can Rahul Gandhi reveal those details to the police without the consent of those women?
It is interesting that why the Delhi Police is more enthusiastic when this is disclosed in Srinagar.
