AI-Generated Pics Show Nanis Skating On Streets Leaves Internet Stunned
Artificial Intelligence (AI) generated images have become an extremely popular thing on the internet. It has perhaps given wings to an artist’s imagination and now, every other day, we can see some really creative images surfacing on the internet which have been made using apps like Midjourney.
Mumbai-based artist Ashish Jose is the latest to take advantage of this technology, using the app Midjourney to generate awe-inspiring pictures of elderly women skating on the streets. The images, which show the women performing stunts on their skateboards while wearing traditional sarees and other outfits, have been widely shared on social media, leaving many viewers amazed at the level of detail and realism.
The images are so realistic that one applauds the no-easy feat achieved by the ‘elderhood’. But the AI-generated content has been created with such precision that it is difficult for humans to imagine or replicate. For pushing the boundaries of traditional art forms, the new generation of artists has started using various AI platforms to create hyperrealistic images. One such platform is ‘Midjourney’ where users can create images through text prompts as they do on DALL-E and ChatGPT.
The post was shared by Ashish Jose with the caption, ”Skating Nanis. Made on Mid Journey.”
