Odisha To Be Hot Pan Till April 30
Bhubaneswar, Apr 26: No respite from the hot mercury to the people of Odisha. The Regional Meteorological Centre here today issued Yellow Warning and prevalence of severe heat wave conditions in most parts of the state at least till April 30.
Maximum temperature is likely to be above normal by 3 to 5°C at many places over the districts of interior Odisha and likely to be above normal by 2 to 3°C at a few places of coastal Odisha during the next 4 to 5 days, the Meteorological Centre forecasted.
According to the MeT, the heat wave conditions very likely to prevail at one or two places over the districts of Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, Angul, Deogarh, Sonepur and Bolangir.
On April 28 heat wave condition very likely to prevail at one or two places over the districts of Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, Angul, Deogarh, Sonepur, Bolangir and Boudh. On 29th Apr’ many places of the districts of Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, Angul, Deogarh, Sonepur, Bolangir and Boudh are likely to reel under heat wave. The districts of Sonepur, Boudh, Bolangir, Sambalpur and Jharsuguda will be boiling on piping hot on Apr’ 30.
