Bhubaneswar, April 15: An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.5 on the Richter scale hit Odisha at 11.19 hrs on the Ganjam- Nayagarh border on Friday. Other than Nayagarh, Boudh and Ganjam district also felt a mild tremor.
The local IMD sources here said the earthquake occurred at 20.43 latitudes and 84.84 longitudes. There were, however, no reports of any loss of life or property yet.
