Low Pressure Area To Become More Marked Off South Odisha-North AP Coasts : Met

Hyderabad, Sep 10: The Low Pressure Area over Westcentral & adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal off North Andhra Pradesh-South Odisha coasts with the associated cyclonic circulation extending upto mid-tropospheric levels persists.

It is very likely to become more marked over Northwest & adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal off South Odisha-North Andhra Pradesh coasts during the next 24 hours, Meteorological Centre said on Saturday.

In a special weather report here, It said the trough from South Konkan to the Low Pressure Area over Westcentral & adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal off North Andhra Pradesh-South Odisha coasts across North Interior Karnataka & South Telangana extending upto 1.5 km above mean sea level persists.
