Mumbai, Feb 6 : Maharashtra government on Sunday declared a public holiday in the state on February 7 to mourn the demise of Bharat Ratna singer Lata Mangeshkar. An official notification said “Her death has caused immense damage to the world of music and art,” it remarked.
