New Delhi, Feb 15: IPL 2022 currently being the biggest cricketing topic in the world in spite of the fact that there are still months left in it, but there was a moment that shook everyone around the world that was watching the Mega Auction 2022.
The Veteran Cricketer, Mr. IPL Suresh Raina went unsold from the hammer. CSK didn’t even bid for him and tried to get him back in the squad.
That did put lots of question in the mind of yellow army but CSK was saving their purse for Deepak Chahar and it came in use.

CSK has previously faced a two year ban too but the reasons were different, the four time champion are facing backlash from their home crowd.
Remove the player from the franchise or Remove the word “Chennai” from your franchise name.
If you feel this boy is more important for you than the emotions of Tamils, you don’t need to represent Chennai in IPL. @ChennaiIPL #Boycott_ChennaiSuperKings pic.twitter.com/SpFpU6B3To— பிரியக்குமார் அ (@ProudTamizhan1) February 14, 2022
This all began when Chennai Super Kings bidded and bought the Sri Lankan Off Spinner Maheesh Theekshana.
The heated history between Tamils and Sinhalese has been the reason behind it, similar situation was seen when Muttiah Muralitharan was the part of the yellow army.
Tamils clearly doesn’t want Sri Lankan player to be a part of their home based Franchise but it’s a sport, things like these can’t be helped
