Chennai, Aug 27: The ISTA Junior Squash Open tournament concluded
here on Saturday came on a thrilling note, with Tamil Nadu winning five titles.
In an all-TN final (top 2 seeds in the Boys under 13), Shiven Agarwal got the
better of Lokesh Subramani (both from ISTA ) in straight games.
It was a double for the Parasrampuria siblings, with Diva and Darshil lifting the
Girls under-11 and Boys under-15 titles, respectively.
Ananya Narayanan and Pooja Arti, trainees of the ISTA were clinical in their
victories in the Girls under 15 and 19 categories.
Cyrus Poncha, Secretary General – Squash Rackets Federation of India, gave
away the prizes to the winners.
