Kohli, Pant To Miss 3rd T20 Against WI
Kolkata, Feb 19: Ex-India captain Virat Kohli and Rishabh Pant will miss the third T20 against West Indies as they have been given a short break after series win over the Caribbeans in Kolkata with one game left.
Both the players are also likely to be rested for the three T20Is against Sri Lanka starting February 24 in Lucknow, ESPNcricinfo reported.
After a 8-run win over West Indies on Friday in the second T20 to take on an unassailable 2-0 lead in the series, Kohli and Pant left the Indian camp in Kolkata early on Saturday.
In the second T20, Kohli brought up his 30th T20I half-century. He scored 52 off 41, including 7 boundaries and a six while Pant remained unbeaten at 52.
