RUSSIA-UKRAINE CRISIS
Kyiv Imposes Curfew
Kyiv, March 15: A three-day curfew has been imposed in Ukraine’s capital city from March 15 to 17, Mayor Vitali Klitschko said, amid Russia’s escalating military invasion.
Sputnik news agency on Tuesday quoted the Mayor as saying that the decision was taken by the military command. The movement of people and vehicles around the city without special passes has been banned. “You can only go out to reach the shelter. The curfew will be in effect until 7 am on March 17.”
