Tejaswi’s Ultimatum To Nitish To Clear His Intention On Caste Based Census
Patna, May 10: Announcing to embark on padyatra (march) from Patna to Delhi on the issues of public concern, unemployment and demand for caste based census, leader of opposition in Bihar Assembly Tejaswi Prasad Yadav gave 48 to 72 hours ultimatum to Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to clear his intentions on caste based census and reveal the problem he was facing in conducting it.
After discussing the issues including inflation, caste based census, unemployment,migration backwardness, special status to Bihar and others in a two day marathon meeting of Rashtriy Janata Dal ( RJD) Tejasvi Yadav told news persons on Tuesday on the valedictory day that he would launch a massive agitation on the issue of unemployment and in support of his demand for conducting cast based census.
He alleged that the communal forces were trying to shatter the harmony in Bihar and for this they were diverting the attention from real issues by unleashing tensed atmosphere. Such forces were trying to create hatred among the people by ranking of the issues of Hindu Muslim, Mandir Masjid ,loudspeaker and Bulldozers. Throwing light on the activities taken up in favour of the demands for conducting cast based census ,Tejaswi Yadav alleged that the Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was maintaining a mysterious silence on the issue and gavr an ultimate of 48 to 72 hours to the chief minister for clearing his intentions and stand on the vexed issue.
