Kejriwal, Mann Pay Obeisance At Sri Ravidas Mandir
Jalandhar, Feb 16: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convener Arvind Kejriwal and party’s chief ministerial candidate Bhagwant Mann on Wednesday paid obeisance at the famous Shri Ravidas temple here and prayed for peace and prosperity of Punjab. On this occasion, Kejriwal said, “we have come here to seek the blessings of Guru Maharaj.
May Guru Maharaj give us courage and strength so that we continue to serve people selflessly. May Guru Maharaj keep the people of Punjab happy and healthy always.” “We wish to build a grand temple of Guru Ravidas Maharaj in Delhi also. The central government has some issues about construction of the temple, after finding a solution, we will build a grand temple of Shri Ravidas in Delhi,” he added.
Bhagwant Mann said that Guru Ravidas gave the message of equality, freedom, humanity and brotherhood to the whole world. “Today we need to follow the path shown by him. I pray to Guru Maharaj to give me courage and strength so that we can work day and night together for the progress of Punjab and make the people of Punjab happy again.”
