Dhenkanal: A youth was shot in the head by some unidentified persons near the boundary wall of Tata Steel Meramandali under Kantabania police limits in Dhenkanal district on Monday.
The incident occurred at around 11 am. The victim identified as Rabi Kumar of Bihar was shot following an argument with two youths near the gate number 4 of the factory. He was rescued by locals and hospitalised.
