Bhubaneswar: Winter has arrived in Odisha with fog witnessed in some parts of the State while temperature has dipped below 18 degrees at three stations.
Fog with visibility to 200 metres was observed at Phulbani in Kandhamal district and 500 metres at Paralakhemundi in Gajapati district
Night temperature of 15.5 degree Celsius was recorded at Koraput, of 16 degree at Daringbadi, and 17 degree at Phulbani.
