Tapaswini-Sumit Spat: Court Orders Wife To Stay In Husband’s House
Berhampur, Jan 4: A sigh of relief for Tapaswini alias Dimple. The indomitable wife who fights for a respectful life at her husband’s place, on Tuesday, has ordered on her favor.
The district Court on 4th Jan ordered that Tapaswini Dash will stay with her husband, Dr Sumit Sahu in the latter’s paternal house in Bramhanagar, Berhampur. Along with Sahu will pay a sum of Rs 17,000 per month to his wife for her expenses.
The court in its order asked the couple not to cast aspersions on each other as they stay in one house from Tuesday onwards. Dash will need to give a receipt of the amount she receives for her monthly expenses, the Court stated. On the other hand husband Sumit is planning to challenge the Lower Court order in High Court.
