Bhubaneswar: Alok Kumar Behera, Inspector in-Charge (IIC) of Sindhikela Police Station in Balangir district, has been suspended on charges of taking bribe.
Behera had been caught by the Vigilance on December 4 with the bribe of Rs 25,000 which he had demanded to keep off a name from the chargesheet in a particular case.
