Bhubaneswar: A person died while two others sustained injuries in a fire that broke out at a sweet shop in Panposh area of Rourkela on Saturday.
Reportedly, preparation of sweets were underway at Om Sweets when a gas cylinder exploded.
On getting information, fire tenders of Panposh Fire Station and Rourkela Steel Plant arrived at the spot. They found a person had died in the mishap.
