Bhubaneswar, Jan 4: Amid hiking of Omicron infections in the state, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will review the Covid-19 situation in the state today. He will interact with the senior officials of the government especially the Health Department on the underlying situation in the state.
In order to provide all facilities without hinderances, CM will state stock of the availability of health facilities, medicines, oxygen and other necessary arrangements to overcome the rise in Covid numbers.
The state has reported 680 fresh Covid cases in the last 24 hours – a jump of more than 50 percent from yesterday. The state has also reported more than 30 Omicron cases in total.
