Elephant Enters Bhubaneswar, Tranquilised
Bhubaneswar: A wild elephant that entered the capital city Bhubaneswar late last night was tranquilised today morning.
The elephant was first sighted in Dhauli area at around 12 am. Later it arrived near Lingaraj Temple through Garage Chhak.
Following it, the elephant entered Sundarpada area. Police and forest department personnel struggled for hours to drive it away
It was reportedly tranquilised near Aiginia today morning. It will be taken for health checkup after becoming stable.
