When Power Goes To One’s Head It Happens, Nupur Seems Hung By Her Own Petard !

The severity of the reprimand given by the Supreme Court of India on the pleas of Nupur Sharma over transfer of FIRs, has reasserted that, one cannot flaunt his or her power and position to escape everywhere and every time.
Shrama has not only incurred the wrath of the bench comprising Justices Surya Kant and J B Pardiwala for her ‘irresponsible’ remark on Prophet Muhammad but it has stired a hornet’s nests all over the country and abroad.
It has been usually seen that, some people in limelight resort to some outlandish remarks on something which not only stokes sentiments but it hurts deeply.
But the politicians have always assumed that, their power or position have the inbuilt tools those help them get over any odds and they can as well twist the arms of the law of the land to their covenience and safety.
The observations made by the honurable apex court’s bench were straight and candid and Sharma shuld not be under any illusion that, her erstwhile position can rescue her from such a situation created by her sheer arrogance and unapologetic gestures.
This is a situation that one normally finds that many political leaders treading into and subsequently being let off without anything that should chase them into their sleeps.
Some leaders in the field of politics are so drunk with power that, they even refuse to heed the sane advises from the Apex court. If the SC has expressed its diktat that, Nupur should apologise to the nation, what stops her from doing that even till now.
The court’s perception that she was single handedly responsible for what is happening, then what wisdom deters her from doing that?
The leaders or so like, Nupur Sharma who later had said that, ‘she is a lawyer’ it sounds so ‘shameful’.
Her buzz made about about the threats to her life has been interpreted by the honourable court that, who is threatening whom, is it she doing that, she is being!
The questions lurk as why Nupur has been arrested so far arrested? There is no answer to that. Obviously it seems that, now she has been hung by her own petrad and the big think tanks in the party should make her to do as desired by the Supreme Court. Or court arrest.
Even the apex court has dubbed that, “when you file FIRs against others they are immediately arrested and it is against you nobody dared to touch you”.
