Russia’s Security Chief Dials NSA Ajit Doval To Discuss Security Cooperation
Moscow/New Delhi, Mar 2: Russia’s security chief Nikolai Patrushev on Wednesday held a telephonic talk with India’s National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, a Russian official said. Russian Security Council press secretary Yevgeny Anoshin said that Russian Security Council Secretary Patrushev held a phone call with the National Security Advisor to the Indian Prime Minister and discussed bilateral security cooperation.
They discussed “the status and prospects of security cooperation between Russia and India,” he said. The talks come amidst Russia’s assurance to India to provide a humanitarian corridor to Indian nationals stranded in Kharkiv and Sumy.
