New Delhi April 10 : Several leaders led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday greeted the people on the occasion of Ram Navami and wished happiness, peace and prosperity for all Taking to twitter, the Prime Minister said, “Wishes to all the countrymen on Ramnavami. With the grace of Lord Shriram, everyone has received happiness, peace and prosperity in life. Jai Shriram! ” The festival of Ram Navami is celebrated to mark the birth of Lord Ram. Ram Navami is one of the important festivals celebrated by Hindus. Each year, Ram Navami is celebrated on the ninth day in the Chaitra month, according to the Hindu calendar. Union Home Minister Amit Shah also extended his greetings to the people and said, “The life of Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram teaches us to follow the limits and walk on the path of truth and righteousness. May Lord Shri Ram showers his grace and blessings on everyone. Jai Shree Ram!” he tweeted. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh wished for peace prosperity and good health for everybody. “Warm wishes to all of you on the auspicious occasion of Shri Ram Navami. I wish Lord Shri Ram happiness, peace, prosperity and good health in everyone’s life” he said. BJP president J P Nadda in his greeting messages said, “Happy Ram Navami to all the countrymen. May Lord Shri Ram bless you all with happiness, peace and good fortune. Jai Shree Ram! “. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, also wished the people on Ram Navami. He wrote on twitter,” Wishing you all a very Happy Ram Navami. Hope this holy festival brings happiness in everyone’s life.” Delhi Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal also greeted the people and prayed for a prosperous and happy life for all. “Hearty greetings to all the countrymen on the auspicious occasion of Shri Ram Navami. Do the service of humanity by imbibing the ideals of Maryada Purushottam Lord Shri Ram ji in your conduct. Praying to Lord Ram ji that you all remain prosperous and happy” he tweeted.
