Iran To Further Expand Ties With India, Says Iranian FM Ahead Of New Delhi Visit
New Delhi/Tehran, Jan 25: Ahead of his visit to India next week, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said Tehran will continue to expand relations with India at the bilateral, regional and international levels. This was conveyed by Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian in a message of greetings to External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on the eve of Republic Day.
In a tweet, the Iranian FM said: “Warm wishes to my colleague Indian FM@DrSJaishankar and the Government and People of the Republic of India as they celebrate their Republic Day. Will continue to work towards further expansion of all-out relations, bilaterally, regionally and at international fora.”

To this, Jaishankar replied: “Appreciate your good wishes FM @Amirabdolahian “Look forward to your visit.” Earlier on Monday, Amir-Abdollahian told reporters on the sidelines of the Conference on Iran and Neighbors that he will travel to India and Sri Lanka next week for bilateral talks.
