If NDA Holding The Tribal Flag Pitching Murmu for Prez, Back Home An Individual’s Tribal Upliftment Shines Too

There has been a tremendous buzz over the projection of the NDA presidential candidate Droupadi Murmu as she symbolize not only women but the first ever tribal ascending to the tot post in the country.
That is a deserving applause that Indians should make themselves stand apart. Cutting across any class barriers to hold the tribal flag high.
While enamoring this first ever feat, one should not loose sight of one thing which, how a single individual has spearheaded an unique campaign to bring out thousand tribals from their proverbial hibernation of gloom and poverty and shape many tribal youngsters into refined and skilled individuals.
It can be said without any bias or acrimony towards any, that the founder of Kalinga Institute Of Social Science, Dr Achyut Samant, has done it and done it from the grass root and molded thousands and thousands of tribal youth to newer individuals.
The comparison is not intended to outshine one or pitchfork the other but, it was more than three decades back Samant started the efforts weathering many big and trivial odds, the efforts were made to educate the tribal youths and hone their inner-skill.
Those years long perseverance brought success to the open as many of such products did brought laurels in many ways.
Political compulsions apart, presidential poll cannot be seen isolation from politics. It is on the lookout for someone who have been working for the people and more so with a community like the backwards. Which Murmu is known for.
The years and years long hard work and grooming youth from the darkness of illiteracy and that too tribal in focus, Dr Samant’s story has something special to say to all .
