Chandigarh, Jan 31: Former Chief Minister and founder of Punjab Lok Congress (PLC) Captain Amarinder Singh on Monday filed nomination papers from Patiala assembly constituency.
The former Congress leader filed his nomination papers from the Patiala urban constituency for the February 20 Punjab elections. His wife had also contested the 2019 general elections from Patiala parliamentary constituency on a Congress’ ticket.

“Patialvis are our family and have always stood by us,” Amarinder Singh had tweeted then.
