Gyanvapi Case: Judge Expresses Concern Over Security
Lucknow, May 12: The Civil Judge hearing Gyanvapi mosque complex survey on Thursday expressed concern over the security of his family.
Civil Judge (Senior Division) Ravi Kumar Diwakar in his order said that proceedings of commission in this matter is a normal process, but an atmosphere of fear is being created.
He has said that such commission proceedings are usually done in most of the civil cases. Regarding the controversy created by the Muslim side over the appointment of an Advocate Commission for the video graphy-survey, the Judge said that such objections are rarely raised against such a general commission.
He said, “An atmosphere of fear has been created by making this simple civil case very extraordinary. There is so much fear that my family is always worried about me and their safety. My wife continuously expresses concern over security when I am out of the house. Yesterday my mother, who is in Lucknow, during conversation expressed concern over my security and through media reports she came to know that maybe I am also going as the Commissioner then she told me not to do so. She asked me not to go on commission as it could threaten my safety.”
