Russia bombs Ukraine school in Luhansk kills 2
Kyiv, May 8 : Russian forces bombed a school in the eastern Ukrainian village of Bilohorivka killing two people and left 60 trapped in the debris feared dead, the Governor of the Luhansk region said on Sunday. Governor Serhiy Gaidai said a bomb was dropped by the Russian forces on the school on Saturday afternoon where about 90 people had taken shelter, which caused a fire that engulfed the entire building. It took nearly four hours to douse the fire and when the rubble was cleared, the bodies of two people were found, Gaidai said, adding that nearly thirty people were evacuated from the rubble, seven of whom were injured. Sixty people were likely to have died under the rubble of buildings.”
