Mumbai, April 4: Bollywood actor Jacqueline Fernandez on Monday extended support for her homeland Sri Lanka.
Taking to Instgram, the ‘Bachchan Pandey’ actor shared a heartfelt note for the people of Sri Lanka. Along with the country flag, she wrote:
Sri Lanka has been grappling with its worst economic crisis since independence in 1948. The crisis has been partially caused by a fall in the country’s foreign currency reserves, which pays for fuel imports, causing prolonged power cuts across the country and shortages of essential items like food as well as medicines.
